How to structure policies for multi-jurisdictional compliance?

Has anyone dealt with creating policies that need to comply with regulations across multiple countries? I am working on a data privacy policy that needs to satisfy GDPR, CCPA, and several APAC regulations simultaneously. Looking for advice on structure and approach.
